With the presence of a large number of Sudanese in Uganda, the Sudanese Community Refugees Organization organized an Iftar for the fasters in celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, at their headquarters in Kawempe. The Iftar was accompanied by a seminar on the refugee law in Uganda (regarding rights and duties) presented by Mr. Saad Eddin Abdel Majeed Elias, the executive director of the organization. The organization will continue to host Ramadan Iftars for fasting individuals throughout this blessed month.
